Completing the APS MCC course not only refined my technical skills but also gave me a deeper understanding of the dynamics of multi-crew operations. The instructors were exceptional - each one brought years of experience, providing invaluable insights and practical knowledge. Their guidance in managing crew coordination, making high-pressure decisions, and leading teams was instrumental in preparing me for the challenges of the airline flight deck."
