Course overview

This intensive course prepares professional pilot license holders for the complexities of type rating training and safe operations in a multi-crew commercial environment. You will develop core skills required for working effectively in a multi-crew setup, including non-technical skills such as teamwork, decision-making, and workload management.

Participants will fly with a professional crew, practicing airline-based Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working through realistic scenarios. The course is designed to help trainees become self-aware, recognize their strengths, and maintain safety through self-assessment.

Guided by our experienced instructors, many of whom have extensive airline experience, you will build the foundation for a successful career in aviation.
