Acron Aviation offers a Teaching & Learning Part 1 Course designed to equip future instructors with the essential skills needed to teach in a simulator environment. Whether you are an airline looking to train your instructors or an individual pilot aspiring to become a Type Rating Instructor (TRI) or Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI), this course provides the first step towards completing your full Type Rating Instructor Training.
The Teaching & Learning Part 1 Course forms the foundation of our full Type Rating Instructor Training program. It exceeds the regulatory requirements of Part 1 Teaching and Learning, ensuring that participants are prepared to instruct in accordance with both airline and EASA regulations.
This course is designed to cover essential training skills while extending beyond the basic syllabus to include advanced topics that prepare participants to deliver effective instruction in a simulator environment. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in simulator flying instruction using a generic twin jet simulator. The course covers key areas such as Crew Resource Management (CRM) debriefing techniques, crew behavior analysis, and debriefing challenging trainees.

The course is delivered over five days at our London Training Center, covering a range of essential topics to ensure that both airline instructors and individual trainees are equipped with comprehensive training techniques.
