Driver Training Solutions, a division of Acron Aviation, is set to accelerate the modernization of fleet safety across North America after being awarded a prestigious cooperative purchasing contract by Sourcewell.
The award positions Acron Aviation as a pre-approved vendor for Public Safety Training and Simulation Equipment, providing a direct, compliant channel to more than 50,000 participating government, educational, and nonprofit entities.
For public agencies facing rising operational risks and CDL qualification challenges, this contract removes the traditional barriers of complex, lengthy procurement. Agency leaders can now bypass the standard RFP process to access Acron Aviation’s advanced simulation technology, including specialized patrol vehicle, heavy-vehicle CDL, and airside driving simulators.

As a multiple awardee, Driver Training Solutions will provide professional simulators and associated services designed to support the specific readiness requirements of law enforcement, fire departments, municipal fleets, and airport authorities. By utilizing simulation, these organizations can achieve consistent, measurable skills development while mitigating the costs and hazards associated with real-world training.
The contract is available to Sourcewell members across the U.S. and Canada.
