Acron Aviation's Crew Resource Management Trainer (CRMT) Course is a comprehensive five-day programme designed to prepare aviation professionals to become competent and effective CRM Trainers in accordance with the expectations of the UK CAA, EASA, and other internationally aligned regulatory authorities.
The course develops the knowledge, facilitation skills, instructional techniques, and behavioural competencies required to design, deliver, and evaluate CRM training within aviation organisations.
